Throughout the whole of the area of upper Aragon there is much to see and discover. Jaca is the capital of the county of Jacetania, and is one of the most interesting places in the region.

There are wonderful places to explore in this region, where Romanesque architecture abounds.

Jaca has a lot to the offer the visitor. Art and culture can be found on almost every street corner. From the Casa de la Cultura or municipal arts centre, home to various cultural associations and the municipal library, to the Sacro Diocesano Art Museum, which has one of the most important collections of medieval painting in the world, and the Musuem of Military Miniatures which houses more than 35,000 pieces.
