The Formigal resort is located in Valle de Tena. It’s quite close to the Portalet border crossing.

It has 57 slopes in total: 4 green, 13 blue, 25 red and 12 black slopes. It is suitable for all levels; from beginner to experienced skiers.

Formigal is a modern resort with numerous services. These include: equipment rental, shops, first aid, skiing lessons, solarium, supermarkets, nursery and a pharmacy. Most of these can be found in the residential areas. The four areas that make up the resort are: Cantales, Tres Hombres, Izas and Anayet. Access to the resort is easy and parking is available.

Finding a place to stay in Formigal isn’t hard. There are plenty of hotels and apartments here. Also, it has numerous cafes and restaurants to choose from. They serve a wide selection of local and international cuisine. There are nightclubs too; they start late and go on into the early hours of the morning…

How to get here from Huesca:
Take the N-330 main road via Sabiñánigo and Bisecas. When you get here, look for the A-136 main road. This will take you all the way to Formigal.
